Municipality of Megalopolis

Complete renovation and aesthetic upgrade of common areas. In the OEK and Psathi squares of the Municipality of Megalopolis, KPM implemented a redevelopment project with the aim of creating functional and welcoming public spaces. Based on the design of Encodia, the project was completed in collaboration with the Peloponnese Region, reorganizing these spaces with clean geometries and modern aesthetics.

The work started with the necessary removal and uprooting for the sanitization and preparation of the soil. Afterwards, the installation of new, modern electrical networks was carried out to meet the lighting and safety needs of the squares. The final configuration included new, durable coatings that facilitate movement, as well as the placement of modern urban equipment that offers comfort to visitors. A project with a clear purpose, which strengthens local infrastructure and upgrades the daily experience of the community.
